What you'll do:
Based in Singapore, the ideal candidate will work on strategic projects focused on executing on our ambition. You will participate in rich and engaging conversations with experts in the region and around the globe in different functions. During this internship – you will have the opportunity to understand how large engineering organisations function, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the organisations.
We expect the candidate to be agile, able to immerse quickly into new topics, terminology, and tasks – and deliver high quality outcomes.
Key tasks include (but not limited to) the following:
- Support the execution of strategic projects and programs at Labs East Asia Singapore
- Research and provide business decision papers on focus topics
- Use Data Analysis & Insights to support decision-making
- Provide regular progress updates, with a clear communications strategy
- Supporting leadership meetings and execution of key events
What you bring:
Educational and Skills Preferences
- Year 3+ Undergraduate/Graduate specializing in Business Administration/Business Management/General Management
- Confident, able to synthesize thoughts, structure content and present ideas in a convincing manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data and provide data driven insights
- Able to use the latest AI tools to accelerate productivity and efficiency (fluent in working with one of OpenAI, Claude or Gemini models)
- Fluency in Office365 key products (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
- Excellent presentation creation and communication skills
- Able to commit for a period of at least 6 months on a full-time basis
- Demonstrated leadership roles in key University student clubs is a plus
- Candidates from top tier universities will be prioritized
