The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Delivery Hub Americas Support and Communications
Location: Newtown Square, PA
Expected start date: July 2026
Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension)
Schedule: 30/40 Hours per week
Meet your team:
The Global Delivery Hub, Customer Engagement & Adoption (CE&A) is strategically assembled to deliver high-quality end-to-end service delivery and expertise in full alignment with our updated SAP Services and Support portfolio, focusing on driving adoption, ensuring excellence in service delivery, and accelerating customer value. Our team is equipped with deep industry knowledge and SAP solution experience. With its new regionally focused set-up, it is best positioned to drive adoption of SAP Business Suite and AI through delivery of our exceptional services to SAP customers.
What you'll do:
As a business support, writing, and communications intern, you will primarily be responsible for writing internal/external blog posts and articles for the Global Delivery Hub Americas and help with all internal events and SharePoint as well as large meetings. You will also be asked to create email communications and short videos. The purpose of this position is to promote and bring awareness and highlight the achievements, via these various media, of this large team internally at SAP. You will also support the 7 managers and teams under the Head of GDH with awards, events, and editing documents.
- Work independently to research and write internal and external blog posts.
- Write articles on select, exceptional team achievements
- Create email communications (graphic design skills are a plus)
- Support the Head of CoE and the management team.
- Support our Americas events (MaxKOM, Max Forums, SAPPHIRE, NSQ events) and ALL Comms. (Newsletters, customer spotlights) in addition to editing and drafting mails for the Comms mailbox.
- Maintaining and managing all SharePoints and Jam pages.
- As a business support and Communications Intern, you will have the crucial task of nurturing engagement with senior leaders not only from our customer and partner organizations but also within our team. You will gain an understanding of our strategic approach and gain insights into how we operate across diverse cultures, regions, and business units.
- Content Reformatting: Reformat various types of content (presentations, reports, memos) to meet executive standards, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and quality across all materials.
- Graphic Design: Create and design graphics, charts, and infographics to support presentations and reports.
- Presentation Development: Assist in developing and refining PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings.
- Document Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread documents for grammar, punctuation, and overall readability.
- Additionally, the knowledge of new SAP applications like Supply chain or general cloud technologies is a plus.
Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and materials. Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- A current undergraduate or master’s student, or recent graduate, in the field of English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or other related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creative thinking skills and the ability to shape information to fit a variety of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on a large global team
- Graphic design and video production skills are desirable, but not necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in SAP applications and cloud technologies will be a plus

The targeted annual combined range for this position is 0-USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
