What you'll build:

As an intern in PC3 SME (Subject Matter Expert) team, you will play a hands-on role in keeping the team running smoothly. You will support analytical reports generation, internal communications, maintain team platforms, coordinate events, and help onboard new team members. This role offers broad exposure to a global team and the opportunity to develop practical skills in communications, coordination, and digital tools within a leading enterprise software company.

Your Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting Support: Support the generation and maintenance of periodic operational reports and data summaries

• Internal Communications: Manage outgoing communications from the PC3 team mailbox.

• SharePoint Management: Maintain and update PC3 SharePoint onboarding pages and general team content. Conduct quarterly content reviews and perform on-demand updates to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Events & Team Engagement: Coordinate PC3 internal/external events including All Hands Meetings, customer Open Office Hour sessions. Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.

• Onboarding Support: Support onboarding activities for new internal and external users, including access coordination and day-one logistics.
• Customer References Coordination: Coordinate PC3 customer reference activities in collaboration with the Global References team

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Communications, IT, or related field).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

• Interest in digital tools including AI applications, is a plus.

• Basic data analysis skills: comfortable working with data in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic charts); ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and present it clearly.

• Proactive and self-driven comfortable working independently in a global, fast-paced environment.
