What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern, SAP Next Gen - Academy for Customer Success (AMER)

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil – Hybrid

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects for the Academy for Customer Success across the Americas, managing multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Talent Discovery, HR, Customer Success, Sales, and Academy leadership to drive alignment on program priorities, timelines, and deliverables while building strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Create and maintain communications, presentations, reports, and SharePoint content, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Analyze program data and metrics related to hiring, retention, performance, and career progression, translating insights into meaningful recommendations and executive-ready reporting.

  • Support the development of presentations and materials for senior leadership, utilizing strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person attract and hire events, workshops, onboarding activities, and training sessions to deliver a high-quality participant experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance program effectiveness through proactive problem-solving and initiative.

  • Support the adoption of new tools, platforms, and methodologies that improve program delivery and stakeholder engagement.

  • Partner with global teams to ensure consistency in participant experiences, communications, and processes across regions.

  • Demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an interest in talent development, leadership programs, workforce planning, and employee experience.

What you bring:

A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement. A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative.

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or similar

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, and to understand and actively participate in conversations.

  • Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, actively using AI tools

  • Soft skills: passion for operational excellence, analytical thinking skills, highly detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a complex environment, comfortable presenting ideas and engaging with different audiences.
