PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Join the global leader in digital transformation - SAP - on an exciting innovation journey! Opening for a recent graduate/early professional to join as a project associate/intern to support a couple of our key programs. The contract is for 6 (+3) months full-time.

SAP is seeking a proactive and motivated individual, with a passion for project management, marketing and communication to support with various projects.

One of the projects is SAP NextGen, an international initiative that operates globally through localized efforts. The program aims to elevate SAP's brand presence in Sweden and attract fresh talent. It is executed in collaboration with our Partner Ecosystem and selected customers. As the project associate for the SAP NextGen program in Sweden, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and marketing the program. In addition, the role also includes the project coordination of our Nordic SAP News program, called “We are proud of”, which aims to broaden the awareness of our customers and their digital transformation journeys with SAP, both with a news piece and a more broader banner campaign.

Key responsibilities

  • Program/event support, from idea and preparation to execution and follow-up
  • University branding and collaboration
  • Build landing pages, manage social media
  • Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including partners, the Swedish leadership team, SAP NextGen project team, vendors
  • Coordination of our customer news program ‘We are proud of’ in close collaboration with our Nordic Comms director, including tasks such as owning/updating customer news document, conten creation, banner creation, URL creation, social media posts etc
  • Upon request, additional support to the Nordic Comms and Marketing Team or various country specific projects e g writing articles for internal newsletter.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business and or IT (beneficial but not required)
  • Project management skills and a ‘hands-on’ mentality
  • Preferably experience with marketing campaigns, copywriting and data handling
  • Knowledge about content creation for online media and channels
  • Deep interest in social and digital marketing, as well as a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong team player who loves to connect & collaborate
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all materials and communication is of the highest standard Enthusiastic and driven with high interest in learning and new technologies
  • Positive hands-on and proactive attitude
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel and Powerpoint, and a plus if experienced in Figma
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be fluent in Swedish and English
