What you'll build

We are looking for a motivated Associate Marketing & Communications to join the Portfolio & Programs team at the Academic Partnerships. In this role you will support to design and execute marketing and communications across our target audiences and using a multitude of channels and tactics – from brand and thought leadership over events to Social Media and Public Relations.

Among others, your responsibilities include:

• Support and execute SAP University Alliances Program events – e.g. the Academic Partnerships Community Meeting (AP-COM 2027) with academic lecturers from all around the world
• Support managing SAP University Alliances / SAP Young Thinkers program related marketing and communication activities

What you bring

• Masters Degree, preferably with international management/marketing focus
• First practical marketing and communications experiences, especially in event management; experiences in other marketing disciplines (e.g. social media, content production) are a plus
• Excellent level of spoken and written English and German language skills
• Experience and ability to work in international environments
• Flexibility, aptitude to handle multiple tasks in parallel and execution focussed “can do" attitude
• Familiarity and experiences with academic target audience and SAP’s teaching and learning offerings for universities and schools is a plus
• Good personal communication and interpersonal skills, great team player

Our goals are to stimulate learning around digital technologies, twenty-first century skills and business applications.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
