Job Title: Project Manager, Data & Analytics

About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will operate in a high-velocity cloud delivery environment—aligning engineering, product, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders across multiple locations and time zones. A key focus is delivering with strong governance, risk management, and adoption practices. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, has great communication skills, can juggle multiple projects across multiple time zones, and has a fanatical passion for the details.

What you’ll do

Program and delivery management

  • Own end-to-end delivery for Business Data Cloud initiatives from elaboration and design through launch and post-deployment.
  • Plan scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and dependencies; maintain RAID logs and change control; proactively manage risks and issues.
  • Run Agile/hybrid delivery projects; translate business objectives into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Define and report delivery metrics; publish weekly status, dashboards, and executive updates; lead effective program reviews.
  • Work across multiple product teams and engineering organizations to ensure release and delivery milestones are aligned

Release operations and compliance

  • Orchestrate release operations and readiness reviews, coordinating sign-offs and post-release checks.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, privacy-by-design, secure SDLC, and relevant quality frameworks (e.g., ISO) through audits and remediation.
  • Continuously evaluate software delivery practices to improve productivity, quality, and team engagement.
  • Integrate AI into aspects of the release and compliance workflow to improve efficiency and compliance tasks
  • Drive standardized, compliant release processes for AI features and use cases, aligning mandatory artifacts, performing technical and business readiness reviews, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work to embed AI into products and operational dashboards, ensuring safety, quality gates, and change management.
  • Partner with engineering to integrate enterprise AI platforms and orchestration frameworks; evaluate options that enhance reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Operations and communications

  • Create and maintain core project artifacts (charter, plan, comms plan, risk and change logs) and drive disciplined execution.
  • Develop clear, audience-specific communications that promote transparency, simplification, efficiency, and coherence across programs.
  • Champion organizational change management, enablement, and adoption.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship for team members and across the location

What you bring

Core qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years delivering cloud-based products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven success leading multi-team programs using Agile practices; strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality; excellent analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across locations and time zones.
  • Hands-on experience with project and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Understanding of risk and control frameworks for AI (secure SDLC, privacy-by-design, model evaluation and monitoring, guardrails, red-teaming/readiness checks).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; strong negotiation and stakeholder facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure and ambiguity

Nice to have

  • Exposure to governance and compliance for AI, data, and cloud services.
  • PMP Certifications (or equivalent).

Why you’ll love working here

  • Opportunity to shape next-generation, AI-enhanced solutions that matter to customers.
  • Collaborative, high-energy global team culture with strong engineering and product partners.
  • Support for continuous learning, certifications, and industry engagement.
