Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This role will be pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our Strategic Program Management projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.

Role Description:
1. Project Coordination: Facilitate the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the Engagement Excellence Team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within established timelines.
2. Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive insights that promote strategic decision-making. Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to interpret complex datasets and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
3. Information Management: Assist in the development and implementation of information management strategies, including data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and data lifecycle management processes.
4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations effectively to diverse audiences.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information collected and reported. Implement corrective measures as needed to address any discrepancies or issues.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, solicit feedback, and foster collaboration. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote buy-in and support for project initiatives.
7. Enablement & Communication: Proactively communicate changes and updates to the entire team and relevant stakeholders while also supporting other teams. Plan and drive enablement sessions to ensure project-related changes are leveraged by all impacted teams efficiently.

What you will do:
1. Perform quality checks of existing information to ensure compliance and follow through on discrepancies.
2. Compare information in DED, CLD & Cloud Reporting Tool and act on inconsistencies with.
3. Maintenance of the information in DED to support data consistency
4. Create tickets in SPC for data updates in CLD
5. Explain customer related issues to the CDM/dCEM
6. Process requests for DED Management user mapping and associated clean-up (add/remove/delete)
7. Support CDM/dCEMs with questions regarding customer numbers & installation numbers
8. Interact with Global teams regarding SAP license issues
9. Redirect issues to Solution Owner, License Key team or IT as needed
10. Understand relationship between contract, commercial installation & Technical installation
11. Follow up on issues found during Global License audit
12. Assist management of CAM Approver table


What you should bring:
• Knowledge of Enterprise Cloud Services business, stakeholders, process and tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of information management principles, including data governance & data quality management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
