Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Important information:

  • This is a hybrid role based out of SAP Sao Leopoldo (Brazil) office, working in-office with the team 3 days per week.
  • Submit your CV in English

What you’ll build

You’ll operate as a senior specialist within the Office of the Chief Product Officer, shaping executive level content that supports enterprise priorities, board level visibility, and drives organizational alignment. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll translate complex technology and product topics into clear, decision ready narratives with global impact for internal and external audiences. Your work will directly support executive decision making, enterprise priorities, and organizational alignment at the highest levels of SAP.

  • Develop executive and board‑level content for the CPO and the Leadership Team, with global reach, including C‑level and board‑level audiences across industries
  • Own the preparation of executive communications for new technologies and initiatives with company‑wide impact
  • Create high‑impact content across formats, including slide decks, narrative documents (such as strategy papers and briefings), and enterprise‑scale email communication for internal and external communication audiences
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise business narratives and actionable insights that support decision-making
  • Manage and evolve executive profile communications across professional social platforms, including LinkedIn, SAP Blog and other corporate social media platforms
  • Apply AI‑enabled tools to improve speed and consistency while maintaining executive‑level quality

What you bring

  • Strong skills in executive storytelling, messaging, and narrative development for senior and board-level audiences
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical and product topics into clear, decision-oriented business communications
  • Experience using AI‑enabled tools to support research, content drafting, synthesis, and iteration, with sound judgment to validate accuracy, tone and relevance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats, including presentations, long-form narratives, and executive briefings
  • Ability to manage end‑to‑end execution independently in a fast‑paced, global matrix environment, collaborating across functions, regions, and seniority levels
  • A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to design effective prompts and context instructions so AI tools produce outputs consistent with SAP's executive voice, messaging frameworks, and strategic narrative.
  • Familiarity with AI output quality checks - detecting tone drift, or factual gaps in AI-generated drafts before they reach senior audiences.
  • Mandatory qualification: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

Where you belong

You’ll join the Office of the Chief Product Officer, working closely with the CPO and senior leaders of the BTP Fabric organization, which is at the center of SAP’s product and technology organization. You’ll operate in a highly collaborative environment partnering closely with senior leaders to drive clarity, alignment, and impact enterprise priorities across the organization.

At SAP, we value inclusion, continuous learning, and flexible ways of working. We’ll support you to grow your skills, explore AI‑enabled ways of working, and shape a career path that reflects your strengths and ambitions - while contributing to work that has visible, enterprise‑level impact.
