As Suite PM CLE team, we implement S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and integration with other Suite products as an end customer. The focus is on validating the solution and its features before its released to customers and on improving the quality. Every release, we validate the solution from a customer perspective so that we have a stable system provisioning and upgrades of customer systems in S/4HANA Public Cloud and other Suite products.

What you do:

  • Understanding the architecture, processes and end-to-end functionality from customer perspective.
  • Preparing test strategy and plan after aligning with architects, and dev teams.
  • Driving CLE tests with focus on lifecycle experience across multiple tools and solutions.
  • Coordinating with different stakeholders from development, cloud operations, customer care, S/4 program, North Star program and CBC program teams.
  • Coordinating for creation and execution of manual/automated scenarios.
  • Verifying delivered functionality in CLE test landscape each release from customer perspective, with more focus on BTP based applications.
  • Providing improvements to the lifecycle processes and consumption experience from customer perspective.
  • Providing sessions on new upcoming topics to internal and external teams.

What you Bring:

  • 4-7 years of experience in S/4HANA On-Prem / Cloud
  • Strong Knowledge of Ariba/Concur/Sales Cloud solutions
  • Results Driven: Quality and Customer Focus
  • Ability to coordinate alignments cross-department
  • Ability to take responsibility of the assigned topics
  • Good communication skills, and being a team player
  • Good to have knowledge on BTP
  • Good to have test management skills
  • Good to have functional knowledge on S/4HANA Public Cloud

Where you Belong: ERP Suite PM Customer Lifecycle Experience Team

  • We simulate the entire customer experience and perform functional and lifecycle related checks on a customer-like setup with 2SL and 3SL systems. This is the only setup in S/4HANA Cloud, which covers the complete lifecycle procedures in a customer-like system setup. Our test results are one of the critical pre-requisites for RTC decision for S/4HANA Cloud as well as CBC organizations.
  • With the Suite-first focus, we are involved in validating the SAP Managed Integrations between S/4HANA Public Cloud and solutions like Success Factors Employee Central, Sales Cloud V2, Ariba Guided Buying, Invoicing, and other BTP applications, with specific focus on provisioning, onboarding, and other suite qualities like IT admin experience, harmonized user experience, Integration, IAS etc.
  • We are involved in validating all the upcoming topics from their initial phases itself, like Project Lines in 3 system landscape, 2SL to 3SL conversions, Partner managed Cloud, Partner Development landscape, Business Data Cloud, Joule etc. to evaluate and provide early improvements to Dev teams and guidance to documentation teams.
  • For the new topics and features, we act as multipliers and share our learnings with other internal teams via blogs and sessions, to prepare them to handle customer queries and escalations. We also participate in providing customer sessions.
  • We align with several customer-facing entities to understand customer pain points and focus on testing those areas.
  • We also align with several stakeholders from Engineering, Architecture, Operations, CBC and many other teams, and drive these tests globally, in close collaboration with S/4HANA Cloud program and North Star program.
  • As part of smoke tests, we run manually/automated customer-like test scenarios, on top of lifecycle tests. Automated regression tests are run using Tosca tool.
  • For operational efficiency, we plan to implement AI for improving the processes.

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 1519900 - 3343900(INR) [EUR]. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount, with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
