Job Description
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you’ll bring
You have deep expertise in driving AI adoption at scale within complex enterprise environments, combining strong product thinking with stakeholder engagement and execution discipline. You understand how to translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes and guide organizations through adoption, alignment, and continuous improvement.
Balancing stakeholder needs, strategic priorities, and technical feasibility is second nature. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional landscapes, engaging with senior leadership, and shaping adoption strategies that stick. Your experience spans AI use case lifecycle management—from opportunity identification and scoping through delivery enablement and performance tracking.
You bring a strong track record of influencing without authority, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, and driving behavioral change in matrixed organizations. You communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, business-relevant way and ground your decisions in data, measurable impact, and organizational context.
What you’ll build
You will lead the engagement and adoption strategy for AI across Product Processes & Solutions (PP&S), ensuring that AI use cases are identified, delivered, and scaled effectively across engineering, support, and cloud operations.
You will:
- Drive AI use case discovery, shaping, and alignment with PP&S delivery areas and business stakeholders
- Own the AI use case pipeline, ensuring visibility into progress, adoption, and impact across Innovate-to-Operate
- Establish and maintain strong cross-CPIT collaboration, aligning with central AI governance and preventing duplication
- Enable delivery teams by connecting them to architecture guidance, tooling, and hub capabilities
- Define and operationalize executive reporting on AI adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact
- Track and evaluate AI-driven performance improvements, translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Identify adoption gaps and lead mitigation efforts with delivery units
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engagement processes, onboarding models, and operating cadences
- Manage vendor and partner contributions to AI delivery in coordination with architecture and procurement
- Ensure stakeholder alignment through structured engagement models and clear communication flows
You will also mentor teams in AI adoption practices and help establish scalable frameworks for engagement, reporting, and continuous learning.
Where you belong
You will shape how AI adoption is executed across PP&S and influence how product management and AI engagement intersect within CPIT. At T4 level, you move beyond execution into enabling organizational success—co-owning strategy, driving alignment, and ensuring others can deliver effectively.
Your impact comes through building trusted relationships, ensuring transparency across stakeholders, and creating clarity in complex environments. You will operate as the bridge between technical AI capabilities and business execution, partnering closely with architecture while representing the outward-facing engagement layer.
If you want to drive large-scale AI transformation, influence executive decision-making, and enable a truly AI-driven product lifecycle across SAP, this role provides the scope and accountability to do so.
