We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What You’ll Build:
The Academy for Product Management is a development program designed for early-career talent. As an Academy for Product Management Associate, you’ll take part in an 18-month immersive learning journey designed to build your functional and professional skills through hands-on training and real-world experience with SAP’s leading cloud solutions.
Throughout the program, you will:
Participate in a structured 18-month learn-and-apply program, which includes in-person, engaging classroom learning, and three 6-month rotations designed to prepare you with the skills to succeed in Product Management.
Learn from SAP experts on:
Product Strategy & Market Insight: competitive analysis, market research, product lifecycle management and product roadmap development
Data and Delivery Excellence: agile methodology, software development lifecycle, data analysis and measurement strategies
Leadership and Influence: storytelling, negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management
From day one, you’ll be a full-time SAP employee, collaborating in a dynamic, customer-focused environment that values curiosity, communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Join us to learn from industry leaders, collaborate across global teams, and work with cutting-edge cloud solutions - all while earning competitive pay, benefits, and a lifelong professional network.
Who You’ll Become:
Upon successful completion of the program, you will become an Associate Product Manager – shaping the next generation of SAP products that help our customers run at their best. You’ll bridge customer insights, market research, and emerging technology trends to define a vision that delivers business value across industries. Working within a cross functional team of engineers, designers, and data experts, you’ll translate strategy into action and turn ideas into outcomes that matter.
What You Bring:
2–3 years of professional experience: product management, software development, or a related business/technical function.
Education & Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, marketing, communications, design or Human-Computer Interaction
Product Management Skills: Familiarity with AI technologies, agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, XP) software development lifecycle fundamentals, and product analytics tools
