As a Product Learning Senior Specialist (Instructional Design) in the SAP LeanIX & Signavio Product Enablement Team, you are responsible for the development of learning assets that help increase the adoption of SAP LeanIX – internally and externally for customers and partners. You actively contribute to the overall enablement strategy with a strong focus on scalable learning and delivery of trainings, instructional design, and innovative learning formats.


This role can be based in Bonn (Ratingen), Munich, Berlin, Dresden, or Walldorf and relocation may be necessary if you are not currently based nearby

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • Responsible for the management and evolution of SAP LeanIX product learning content.

  • Collaborate on end-to-end learning journeys for customers, employees, and partners with colleagues from within the team, partner management, and the broader SAP Learning organization.

  • Create highly engaging learning content for our SAP LeanIX learning platforms.

  • Play a crucial role in taking SAP LeanIX product learning to the next level by contributing to the ideation and execution of innovative approaches to learning (product-/tool-led enablement, gamification, AI, VR, etc.).

  • Work with product experts at all levels to co-create excellent learning courses in an agile and efficient way.

  • As a learning enthusiast, you will also be part of the migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Mentor junior colleagues to support them in delivering excellent learning content

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Tech and learning enthusiast with a minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and creation of learning content for software/IT-related topics.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), with deep experience in at least one market-leading tool.

  • Strong experience with tools such as Articulate/Rise for creating interactive and engaging eLearning courses.

  • Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia) for creating high-quality multimedia content.

  • Experience in leveraging AI tools for scripting and content creation.

  • Ideally, experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to enhance course visuals and graphics.

  • Experience in managing complex learning projects and setting up KPIs to monitor success.

  • Strong skills in designing instructional graphics and content, including storyboards, scripts, and exam questions.

  • Motivated team member with a ‘founder’s mindset’: able to take ownership and drive projects once the mission and goals are clear.

  • Excellent English language skills.

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management is a plus.
