Deine Aufgaben als Sales Development Specialist/Associate (w/m/d) umfassen unter anderem:

  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen, damit du unseren Kunden zeigen kannst, wie ihnen SAP Signavio und SAP LeanIX Lösungen helfen, besser zu werden
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer Outbound-Kampagnen zum Aufbau von sog. Opportunities
  • Nachverfolgung von Anfragen potenzieller Neukunden, die sich für kostenlose Produktbewertungen registriert haben
  • Einsatz vielfältiger Outreachkanäle, darunter Kaltakquise, um die Türen für den Vertrieb zu öffnen
  • Betreuung mehrere Kunden gleichzeitig und alle Themen im Überblick zu behalten
  • Up to date bleiben über Branchentrends und das Wettbewerbsumfeld um neue Umsatzchancen zu identifizieren

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Eine motivierte „geht nicht, gibt’s nicht“-Einstellung mit der Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen resilient zu begegnen
  • Exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten gepaart mit der Gabe, aufmerksam zuzuhören und durch Fragen inspirierende Gespräche zu führen
  • Und du bist nicht nur gut in der Kommunikation, sondern auch darin, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen und passgenaue Lösungen zu formulieren
  • Ein starkes Interesse an kontinuierlichem Wachstum und Verbesserung treibt dich an
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Junior-Sales-Rollen, besonders in SaaS-Umgebungen und idealerweise SAP Signavio, sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist organisiert und beherrschst dein Zeitmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office, Outreach und Sales Navigator sind ein Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
