What you'll build:

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead innovation and adoption efforts across SAP’s Experience Center, with a strong emphasis on Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing solutions. In this role, you will create and scale our Experience Centers with Labs with interactive Use cases, real-world showcases, and content that bring SAP’s portfolio including our ecosystems solutions to life for customers and partners.

You excel at product storytelling, cross-industry content development, and engaging executive-level stakeholders. You'll shape compelling use cases, drive go-to-market efforts and elevate SAP’s Experience Center as a catalyst for customer success and deal acceleration.

Role Objectives:

  • Define and execute the Experience Labs GTM strategy to support to elevate awareness and support to accelerate our customer & partner pipeline.
  • Translate end-to-end solutions into high-impact use cases & showcases aligned to industry priorities.
  • Together with your team, lead the technical evolution and scaling of Experience Center platforms, integrations, and demos.

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality use cases, platforms, and content, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Align stakeholders across sales, industry, and solution teams to ensure relevance and impact.
  • Brings robust domain expertise in SAP’s portfolio primarily key skills in manufacturing, supply chain, planning, and/or logistics, along with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Build GTM assets (storyboards, showcase narratives, customer collateral) to drive adoption.
  • Deliver executive-level experiences, workshops, and demos that accelerate deals.
  • Shape and manage the Experience Labs roadmap, ensuring consistent value delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end planning for content programs and platform enhancements.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
  • Conduct market and technology research to identify emerging trends and shape future system requirements and innovation scenarios.
  • Support Transformation initiatives and Events of SAP Experience Centers by driving, developing & managing the full-lifecycle of Experience Labs

What you bring:

  • 10–15+ years in software product delivery or customer-facing roles (product management, solution architecture, support, presales).
  • Strong background in SAP’s portfolio including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, or logistics.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to translate technology into business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership and team-coordination skills, fostering collaboration and high performance in diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders and engaging directly with customers.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
