Purpose
The Program Coordinator supports the successful execution of leadership development programs and the overall portfolio through working with the operational team, aligning program preparation and stakeholder communication across program activities.
Working closely with Portfolio Directors, this role ensures that leadership development programs and the portfolio run smoothly end-to-end, supporting portfolio planning, participant experience, vendor coordination, and reporting. The role plays a critical part in enabling scalable, high-quality portfolio delivery aligned with SAP’s Leadership Development Framework and Talent Engine.
What you’ll build
- Coordinate portfolio and program preparation and delivery activities in collaboration with the central operations team responsible for scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
- Support Portfolio Directors in planning and executing portfolio milestones, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare portfolio communication content and participant materials, working with the central operations team responsible for distribution and logistics.
- Coordinate with external vendors and learning partners to support session preparation and delivery.
- Maintain portfolio documentation, learning materials, and operational processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Support portfolio reporting and evaluation activities, including participant feedback collection and preparation of program insights.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates effectively with Portfolio Directors, participants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support seamless program delivery.
- Vendor Management: Coordinates communication and collaboration with external partners supporting program delivery.
- Platform / Tool Proficiency: Uses portfolio management tools and learning platforms to manage participants, materials, and portfolio operations.
- Reporting: Supports portfolio reporting by collecting participant feedback, preparing insights, and tracking program participation and outcomes.
