Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

As a People & Culture Data Management Associate, you will be the backbone of our People operations. You will own the execution of administrative processes and system transactions, ensuring our employee data remains accurate and reliable. You will play a vital role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, serving as a trusted partner from the moment a new hire joins us through to their eventual offboarding.

What you'll do:

  • Data Maintenance: You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of employee profiles in our HR system, serving as the guardian of data accuracy across all stages, from hiring to offboarding.
  • Payroll Support: You will be the engine behind our monthly payroll, ensuring all personal, organizational, and compensation data is precise, up-to-date, and ready for seamless salary processing.
  • Document Management: You will manage the heart of the employment experience by preparing accurate contracts and amendments, ensuring every document is fully compliant with local legislation.
  • Customer Service: You will act as the go-to partner for employees and managers, providing fast, professional, and reliable support for all their HR-related needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with Payroll and P&C Local Services to ensure data flows smoothly and our compliance standards remain high.
  • Service Excellence: You will take ownership of your tasks by meeting deadlines with ease, while proactively identifying ways to improve our processes and maintain high-quality documentation.

Note: The specific scope of responsibilities will be tailored upon joining the team.

What you bring

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Customer-focused mindset with clear and professional communication skills
  • High level of discretion when working with confidential information
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
  • English at a professional level (written and spoken)
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude
  • Confidence using MS Office; SAP HR systems knowledge is a plus
