THE ROLE:

• Information Gathering: Proactively contact internal and external stakeholders (via phone and email) to accurately collect and verify customer-related master data details.
• Data Validation & Quality: Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of gathered data, identifying and resolving discrepancies through further communication.
• Collaboration & Submission: Collaborate closely with the core Master Data Team, submitting validated customer information in a timely and structured manner for ERP system updates.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise records of communication, data sources, and data collection progress.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor for phone and email interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using email and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Understanding of basic data management principles (preferred, but not essential as training is provided).
