Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

About the Team

The Enterprise Americas Field Marketing team drives pipeline growth and market engagement across regulated industries by translating go-to-market strategy into measurable marketing programs.

Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Client Development, the team focuses on activating targeted digital demand generation programs that expand engagement across buying committees and accelerate pipeline creation and progression.

Our work is highly data-driven and focused on delivering measurable impact through integrated campaigns, digital programs, and marketing performance insights.

  • Support account-based engagement programs leveraging Demandbase to activate and expand engagement across targeted accounts and buying committees.

Marketing Automation & Program Operations

  • Own campaign execution within Marketo, including campaign builds, segmentation, list management, testing, and deployment.
  • Utilize Demandbase to support account targeting, segmentation, and engagement insights across priority accounts.
  • Ensure campaign setup follows established program governance, data integrity standards, and tracking requirements.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline across campaign execution, including QA, program documentation, and performance tracking.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics using Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Analyze program outcomes and provide insights on campaign performance, engagement trends, and pipeline influence.
  • Recommend and implement optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness, engagement rates, and pipeline contribution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Field Marketing Managers, Marketing Operations, and Sales stakeholders to support campaign execution and program delivery.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns leverage relevant messaging and assets.
  • Support campaign reporting and insights that inform ongoing marketing strategy and program improvements.

What You Bring (Profile)
