We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you´ll build

· Contract Preparation & Coordination: Assist in commercial contracting processes, helping to prepare, review, and coordinate contract documents (e.g. Order Forms, standard agreements) in collaboration with legal and finance colleagues.

· Template Maintenance & Localization: Maintain and update contract template libraries for SAP Belgium, including localizing standard templates to comply with Belgian legal requirements and language needs.

· Corporate Housekeeping: Support corporate governance and housekeeping tasks, such as organizing company legal documentation, maintaining records of board decisions, and assisting with compliance-related filings.

· Administrative & Team Support: Provide day-to-day operational support to the SAP Belgium Legal and Finance leadership, including coordinating document approvals, managing follow-ups, and liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, finance, legal teams).

· Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a junior point of contact for internal teams on contract and tender-related queries, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across stakeholders.

What you bring

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Rechtspraktijk (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

· Experience: 0–2 years of experience (entry-level). Relevant internships or academic experience in contract management, tenders, or legal support are a plus

· Skills:

  • Basic understanding of commercial contracts
  • Interest in public procurement processes (Belgian/EU context is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Languages:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required
  • French is a strong asset

· Personal Attributes:

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and team-oriented
  • Service-minded and hands-on
  • Comfortable working in a supporting, guided role

Where you belong
