What you build

As a member of the global Commercial Office team for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) you will get the opportunity to contribute to SAP’s success supporting sales engagement in EMEA, MEE, APJ, NA, LATAM, and GCN regions. Our team is closely collaborating with local Commercial colleagues, Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across the regions. The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

  • Process customer quotes for smaller opportunities and complete the required paperwork for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) sales
  • Support BTP sales transactions via SAP Store
  • Review deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations
  • Guide and advise our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
  • Prepare contractual documents from template, facilitate legal language for deal specifics
  • Collaborate with the field on pricing and packaging issues and trigger respective improvements
  • Expedite adoption of special sales programs and promotions to maximize revenue opportunity
  • Comply with operational procedures e.g., for sales, delivery, financial and legal requirements
  • Act as an advisor for “SAP policies”
  • Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end to end
  • Contribute ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements

Working hours

  • Part time. 20-30 hours per week will typically be necessary to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness
  • Flexibility as to the specific working hours may be required
  • Working from SAP office in Warsaw 1-2 days a week

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences; bachelor’s degree would be advantageous
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); another language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience in using CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and find solutions to business challenges
  • Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure

We focus on supporting and proactively driving pricing and packaging discussions on the strategic level in line with our GTM strategy. We help improve deal execution via Q2C improvements, Policy improvements and Promotions.

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range for the posted role, with a targeted range of 35 - 66 PLN. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. SAP also offers specific benefits to employees in hourly or similar roles, subject to the terms of applicable plans or policy terms.
