What you'll build

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Actively contribute to our People Strategy objectives and help to launch impactful initiatives
  • Drive relevant Learning and Development initiatives for employees to increase adoption of HPOM and AI ways of working
  • Manager enablement, e. g. own the All-Manager Call
  • Ensure our New Hires feel welcome and continuously evolve our SAP Signavio Onboarding program
  • Perform regular reports on HR data and prepare them for stakeholder
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders within and outside our unit

What you bring

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in fields like Business Administration or similar
  • Strong project management skills, showcased e.g. in organization of employee meetings, learning sessions and workshops
  • Experience and good knowledge of the principles of the Harmonized Product Operating Model
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, e.g. preparing and moderating stakeholder and unit meeting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Signavio Solution Portfolio and Strategy are a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills are a plus
  • Working from the office in either Walldorf or Berlin is required minimum 3 days a week

Where you belong

SAP Signavio is the leading cloud-based vendor in the business transformation and process management markets, playing a central role in SAP’s Business Transformation Management strategy. You will be part of the Signavio Strategy & Operations team. Our team closely collaborates with the SAP Signavio Product & Engineering and Customer Success unit. Your work focus will be on people-related initiatives.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
