What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position Title: SAP Partner Incubation Operations iXp Intern
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil (Hybrid)
As part of the Global Partner Incubation Team, you will support the operational execution of SAP’s Partner Incubation Program, helping newly recruited partners become operational, enabled, and ready to generate pipeline and revenue.
Your primary focus will be supporting the Americas region while also providing operational assistance to the global team when required. You will work closely with Partner Incubation Managers, Regional Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and smooth execution of onboarding and enablement activities.
What You’ll Do
· Support the day-to-day operational activities of the Global Partner Incubation Team, with a primary focus on the Americas region.
· Maintain and update partner trackers, dashboards, and operational reports to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
· Monitor partner onboarding and incubation milestones, identifying missing activities or operational blockers.
· Assist with the preparation of regional business reviews, presentations, and management reports.
· Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards in EKX and Excel, providing visibility into incubation KPIs and partner progress.
· Coordinate follow-up actions with internal stakeholders to ensure partners progress through the incubation journey.
· Support enablement activities, workshops, and partner communications.
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, operational improvements, and opportunities to increase program efficiency.
· Provide ad hoc operational support across global regions whenever needed.
What You Bring
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
· Good PowerPoint presentation skills.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks.
· Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
· Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or dashboard creation tools.
· Familiarity with CRM systems, partner management platforms, or sales operations.
· Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
· Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to improve operational efficiency.
· Interest in cloud technologies, partner ecosystems, and digital transformation.
