What you’ll do:


Join the Business One Revenue Operations team to enhance global and regional business processes through analysis and collaboration.

In this role, you will: - Perform business analysis to support global and regional operations with data-driven insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to share insights and ensure team alignment. - Help design content for Operations Updates and Leadership meetings, using automation and AI to improve service desk efficiency. - Support SAP Business One dashboard deployment and enablement. - Manage partner ordering processes, ensuring data quality and compliance. - Work with the Head of Business One Operations to align activities with team goals, gaining experience in project management and business analytics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SAP SAC is important. A proactive, collaborative approach will support business execution and cross-functional projects. This role suits those seeking to develop analytical and operational skills with practical revenue operations experience.

· Fluency in English language is required with university experience.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables with deadlines (time management)

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams and knowledge or desire to learn Microsoft SharePoint

· Ability to communicate professionally with SAP teams globally, both in writing and Teams calls

· Analytical skills: Analyze, structure, consolidate and visualize customer, opportunity data.

· Business One Operations, is part of the Global Revenue Operations organisation which in turn is part of the wider Strategy & Operations GTM organisation, working closely with the Global Business One Customer Success sales teams, the office of Ethics and Compliance, Global Finance (Order to Cash, Order to Invoice), the Partner Ecosystem organisation (including Partner Activation ) and the Learning organisation (including the Partner Enablement teams) to bring a streamlined approach to Business One operations and strives for enhanced operational excellence across the Business One business.

· Our mission is to:

o Enable scalable and compliant SAP Business One operations that support a high-volume, partner-led GTM

o Ensure operational excellence across order execution, partner processes, and period-end governance

o Support GTM 2026 execution as a trusted operational partner to Sales, Channel, and Stakeholders

· Our focus areas for 2026 include:

o Supporting GTM 2026 execution by enabling channel-led growth, strategic cross-sell motions, and partner readiness.

o Driving operational excellence across E2E orders, Partner Store, maintenance, and installation processes.

o Providing actionable reporting and insights to support sales performance, revenue accuracy, and decision-making.

o Ensuring compliance and risk control across partners, orders, audits, and regulatory requirements.

o Enabling partner and sales success through clear processes, documentation, and operational support for cross-solution motions.
