What you’ll build
In this role, you’ll help shape how our Defense & Security team engages customers, partners, startups, and the broader aerospace and defense ecosystem. You’ll contribute to work that connects innovation, customer needs, and business development outcomes.
You’ll support:
- the creation of thought leadership, customer-facing materials, and industry insights that position the team as a trusted voice in defense innovation.
- Your work will help translate complex topics including digital transformation, startup ecosystems, defense technology, and mission readiness into
clear narratives for customers and internal stakeholders. - You’ll also help build and improve prototypes that demonstrate future capabilities, support pre-sales conversations, and
influence product direction. These prototypes may be used in customer meetings, innovation workshops, and industry events to show what is possible. A key focus will be supporting the Defense Innovation Hub initiative. - You’ll research national defense innovation ecosystems help develop concepts for expanding the hub model across countries, while connecting local startup and aerospace and defense communities into a broader global network.
What you bring:
- Student on Bachelor or Master studies in a filed of defense, security or similar with ideally at least 1 year of studies to go
- Curiosity, structure, and a strong interest in defense, security, aerospace, innovation, or emerging technologies.
- Ability to research complex topics, identify patterns, and turn insights into clear content for customer and internal audiences.
- Good communication skills, work proactively in a team environment, manage details, and are eager to learn.
- Experience in military, data science, economics, or international studies.
- Proficiency in English, Polish or other language is advantage

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range for the posted role, with a targeted range of 31-39 PLN. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. SAP also offers specific benefits to employees in hourly or similar roles, subject to the terms of applicable plans or policy terms.
