What you’ll build
In this role, you’ll contribute to initiatives that shape how our team collaborates, communicates, and delivers value. You may support internal app user feedback processes—including activities related to tools such as Joule Work or Sales Cloud—as well as help design engaging Experience Garage learning missions. Your work will have real visibility and impact.
You may be involved in strengthening the connection between product teams and users by supporting communication activities, awareness efforts, or feedback loops for selected applications. This could include helping structure user feedback, supporting internal communication materials, and contributing to how information is shared within teams.
You’ll also help create clarity around what we do and why it matters—for example, by consolidating team information, supporting storytelling around selected initiatives, or assisting with event preparation (e.g., D-Com or Sapphire).
Working with a diverse set of stakeholders, you’ll support coordination and help ensure information flows smoothly across teams. This will give you exposure to different perspectives and help you build strong collaboration skills.
Your contributions will support how our team and selected initiatives are perceived by users and stakeholders—helping improve transparency, engagement, and overall experience.
Along the way, you’ll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve communication, and support scalable ways of working—turning ideas into practical, value-adding improvements.
What You Bring
You are a curious and proactive student who enjoys bringing structure to complex topics and making information clear, engaging, and useful for others. You have a natural interest in how digital tools, communication, and user experience come together, and you are motivated to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
You bring a solid foundation in business, communication, marketing, or a related digital field, supported by initial hands-on experience from studies, internships, or personal projects. This may include organizing content, supporting tools, working with data, or creating materials. You are comfortable using common collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 and are open to exploring new platforms. Exposure to cloud tools, CRM systems, or feedback-driven environments is a plus.
You are confident working with content—structuring presentations, drafting messages, or summarizing inputs into clear insights—and have a strong sense for clarity and audience-oriented communication. A marketing-oriented mindset is a strong asset: you think about how ideas are positioned, how messages resonate, and how engagement can be improved.
You bring a structured way of thinking, helping to connect inputs such as feedback, stakeholder needs, or project goals into meaningful outcomes. You are detail-oriented while maintaining a good sense of the bigger picture.
On the interpersonal side, you collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable engaging with different stakeholders. You take ownership of your tasks, stay organized, and show initiative while remaining open to feedback and support.
Most importantly, you bring a growth mindset. You are eager to learn, open to new topics (including areas like AI-supported tools), and motivated to gradually take on more responsibility while contributing meaningfully to the team.
