What You'll Do:

SAP Cloud Infrastructure runs SAP's global IaaS for Lines of Business and external customers —It powers SAP's production systems and thousands of customer environments running mission-critical applications.

Because SCI sits at this foundation, trust is non-negotiable: customers, regulators, and auditors expect it to be demonstrably secure and compliant at all times.

That's where we come in. As the first-line Compliance Engineering team, we make sure SAP Cloud Infrastructure meets its regulatory and security obligations — not as an afterthought, but built into how the platform is engineered and operated.

As an Info Security Compliance Senior Specialist, you'll take ownership of concrete compliance topics and work independently across two connected fields — running the compliance operation and engineering it to scale:

Compliance Operations e.g.

• Support the preparation, conduct and closure of audits, and pursue audit follow-up activities to completion.
• Support the collection of evidence and act as first contact for internal and external compliance-related inquiries.
• Support the onboarding of new standards and the uplift of existing ones.

Compliance Engineering e.g.

• Translate compliance requirements into technical or process implementations for SAP Cloud Infrastructure.
• Identify and implement improvement potential for evidence production and collection.
• Contribute to a generic, configurable compliance approach to enable automation.
• Apply AI capabilities to raise your own and the team's productivity — using modern AI tooling to accelerate evidence work, drafting, analysis and automation.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in information security compliance, ideally with hands-on exposure to certifications and frameworks such as PCI DSS, C5, CCPS and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001).
• A track record in audit preparation, evidence handling, or control evaluation
• Technical affinity and a genuine willingness to learn the SAP Cloud Infrastructure landscape
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — you can be the credible point of contact for auditors, engineers and management alike.
• Ability and interest in using AI tools in daily compliance and engineering work.
