Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

Join SAP’s Global Partner Recruitment & Incubation CoE Team

SAP is evolving the way we activate and scale newly recruited partners, and starting in 2026, our Global Partner Recruitment Team is also responsible for incubating new partners for their first 12 months, supporting them until first deal closure.
To support this strategic shift, we are hiring Incubation Managers across multiple regions to ensure newly recruited partners are successfully activated, enabled, and commercially productive.
This is a strategic, high-impact role at the intersection of partner strategy, sales enablement, and ecosystem growth, with direct visibility to senior leadership and measurable business outcomes.

The Role

As an Incubation Manager, you will serve as the primary SAP point of contact for newly recruited partners throughout their 12-month incubation period, ensuring a structured, accelerated, and measurable transition from onboarding to revenue generation.
You will collaborate with Partner Recruiters, Market Units, Sales, Enablement, and SAP Global teams to transform newly signed partners into fully activated, revenue-generating members of the SAP ecosystem.
This is not an operational support role — it is a commercial activation and partner success role.

What You Will Do (Key Expectations & Responsibilities)

As an Incubation Manager, you will:
• Serve as the orchestrator across the end-to-end incubation journey, coordinating internal SAP teams, external vendors, and enablement programs to ensure a seamless and outcome-driven partner experience.
• Profile newly recruited partners to identify strengths, gaps, and regional whitespace, ensuring enablement, GTM focus, and activation plans are tailored to market-specific opportunities.
• Own and manage a regional portfolio of newly recruited partners throughout their 12-month incubation period as the designated SAP Incubation Manager.
• Drive structured partner activation plans with a strong focus on time-to-first-deal and early pipeline creation.
• Support partners in shaping their initial SAP go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and priority focus areas.
• Ensure completion of critical onboarding milestones, including enablement, certifications, and sales readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Recruiters, Market Units, Sales, Enablement, and SAP Global teams to identify early deal opportunities.
• Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and engagement using SAP systems and dashboards.
• Proactively remove blockers and escalate risks impacting partner activation or deal closure.
• Provide structured feedback and insights to continuously improve the global incubation framework.
