Deine zukünftige Rolle

  • Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team von P&C Spezialisten mit Fokus auf unsere Mitarbeiter in Deutschland
  • Bearbeitung von Workflows ausgewählter Personalprozesse (z.B. Nachträge zu Arbeitsverträgen, Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Change of Job / Teilzeitanträge)
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen, u.a. via EIC Ticketing, E-Mail, oder im persönlichen Gespräch (z.B. Elternzeit, Pflegezeit)
  • Moderation der regelmäßigen virtuellen und onsite Onboarding-Sessions, einschließlich der Durchführung von Präsentationen für neue Mitarbeiter auf Englisch und Deutsch
  • Übernahme ausgewählter Beratungs-Slots im Rahmen der P&C Lounge
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren P&C Teams (z.B. Payroll, Mobility, Global Labor Relations) zur Lösung themenübergreifender Mitarbeiter-Anfragen
  • Mitarbeit in lokalen bzw. globalen Projekten sowie temporären Sonderthemen
  • Übernahme ausgewählter Themen-Ownerschaften im P&C Local Services Team Deutschland.
  • Abschluss als Bachelor im Themenumfeld Personalwesen
  • (Erste) Erfahrung bei der Bearbeitung von HR Workflows (z.B. via Ticketing-System)
  • Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts und Implikationen in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsrats-Gremien

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Bereitschaft, weitere HR-Erfahrung zu sammeln und sich im Rahmen der Team-Aufgaben kontinuierlich weiter zu entwickeln
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erwünscht
  • Gute Präsentation-Skills (mündlich und schriftlich)
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigenverantwortung bei Planung und Ausführung der übertragenen Aufgaben
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem dezentralen, virtuellen Team sowie Interesse an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben entlang der HR Wertschöpfungskette
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Produkte

Als Teil der People & Culture Organisation ist unser P&C Local Services Team Deutschland mit insgesamt fünf Standorten (Walldorf, Berlin, München, Dresden, Prag) für eine breite Palette administrativer Personaldienstleistungen für rund 30.000 SAP-Mitarbeiter in Deutschland verantwortlich.
