Serving as a first point of contact, the global HRdirect team consists of 90+ employees, processing HR queries from all SAP employees worldwide.

What you’ll do
- Day-to-day tasks will include:
- handling HR questions via a ticketing system, email, chat and on the phone,
- researching answers in our Knowledge Database
- you will ensure the Database is up-to-date by collaborating with other HR teams.
- In addition, you will have opportunities to get involved in various cross-functional HR projects including process and technical innovations such as robotics, automation, machine learning and chatbots.
What you bring
Previous HR experience is not required, you just need to:
- be proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese
