SAP Chile is hiring a recent graduate to learn and gain experience on the overall function of a corporate People & Culture Department.

What you will do

Position title: People & Culture Head Support – SAP Next Gen

Location: Santiago, Chile

Type of contract: Temporary

Duration: 6 months up to 24 months

The Next Gen will sit next to P&C Team and learn day to day tasks such as:

  • Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support to HRBP team in processing daily requests (HRBP assignment, Organizational Maintenance, Data changes).
  • Support HRBPs on different HR Projects, creating reports from different sources and data analysis.
  • Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives.
  • Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.
  • Be responsible of organizing activities for corporate environment.
  • Support in activities and implementation of internal and extern surveys (GPTW).

What you bring

Education:

  • Recent University graduate. Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferably have an emphasis in one of the following careers studies: Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Advanced oral and written English communication skills.
  • Maximum of 1 year of experience in the area.

Preferred or Nice to Have:

  • Team player.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Proactive, innovative and goal oriented
