Head of Product Management, SAP Build
This is a global position that can be filled in any location.
What you’ll build:
As a visionary and strategic Head of Product Management for SAP Build, you will lead the evolution of SAP’s premier platform for application development, automation, and engagement. This pivotal role shapes SAP Build’s future as the unified, AI-driven experience layer for SAP customers, partners, and internal applications. You will define and execute product strategy with a strong focus on Suite-first integration and AI-first innovation, including advanced Agentic AI capabilities that deliver seamless experiences for developers and business users. Your leadership will drive strategic replatforming initiatives (e.g., ARIBA Nexus, SuccessFactors transformation) and safeguard SAP’s core business applications against emerging competition with hyperscalers and AI-native platforms. This position demands bold vision, deep technical expertise, and the ability to inspire teams globally while delivering transformative outcomes for SAP’s ecosystem.
What you bring:
You bring proven product management experience (10+ years) in enterprise software or platform development, with deep expertise in AI-driven strategies, business modeling, and customer-centric innovation. You’re a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, having led globally distributed teams. Your communication and stakeholder management abilities span technical and non-technical audiences. You have a track record of execution excellence and deep knowledge in AI, App Dev, automation, and platform technologies like CAP, Mobile, SAPUI5, Automation and Workflow

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 22,0200 - 609,200 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
