仕事内容

★ミッション
・マーケティング本部インサイドセールス部に所属し、フィールドセールスへの架け橋として、顧客の課題抽出から商談設定を担う
・成果を最大化するための効率的な仕組みづくりをする
・お客様の生の声を最前線でヒアリングし開発ニーズとして社内にフィードバックをする

★具体的には
顧客情報のデータ整理、ツールを活用したコンタクトプロファイリング業務、ネットを活用したコンタクト探し、郵送物発送、グローバルコミュニケーション、セミナー運営支援、オペレーション業務、各種マーケティング/サポート業務/電話やメールでの営業活動やイベントのご案内など、幅広く実施いただきます。

★働く組織・環境
当社のインサイドセールスは、マーケティング部に所属する為、マーケティング部や営業部門と連携して各施策の企画~実行~振り返りに携わるなど、営業活動の上流から関われます。またConcurグループの中で、日本法人の取り組みは、本社や他グローバル法人からも注目を浴びており、定期的に本部やグローバルのメンバーとのディスカッションの会議に希望を出せば、参加することも可能です。
働く環境としては、リモートワークを推奨しており、在宅で勤務が可能です(社員の9割以上がリモートワークを実施!)

★応募資格
・26新卒以降の大学生の方(1年間程度、長期的に働いていただきたい為)
・週16時間以上勤務できる方
・週1~2日程度出社できる方(基本的には出社いただき、必要に応じてリモートワークを想定しています)
・営業手法を身に付けることに前向きで、電話掛け業務にも積極的に取り組める方

★何れかあればなお可
・与えられた仕事だけではなく、自分で考えて動き、課題意識をもってより良い環境にするためのアイデアを考えていける方
・英語の読み書き(会話ができればなお可)

★選考フロー
人事面談⇒部署面談の2回面談となります。
