The Role:

As an Expert Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of enterprise-grade software solutions that seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities. This role demands deep technical expertise in software engineering combined with hands-on experience in AI implementation to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications. You will influence architectural decisions, set engineering standards, and mentor teams on best practices for building agentic and generative AI solutions. Your work will drive innovation and enable cross-functional teams to leverage AI for solving complex business challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain (agentic)AI software applications in enterprise grade settings

  • Lead a scrum team of AI Engineers from a technical implementation perspective

  • Collaborate with data engineers and AI specialists to implement machine learning models into production systems

  • Build and optimize APIs and backend services for AI-driven applications

  • Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to software engineering best practices

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps processes for AI-enabled solutions

  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs

  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI solution and software components for performance and scalability

  • Document system architecture, workflows, and integration points for internal knowledge sharing

  • Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and software development trends

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Expert-level programming skills in Python (mandatory) and proficiency with frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI

  • Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable system design

  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into applications using platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar

  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including their AI services

  • Ability to mentor and guide teams on AI best practices and agentic AI solution design

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLFlow, Azure ML)

  • Understanding of GenAI/AgenticAI concepts and frameworks

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Databricks, Spark)
