Purpose and Objectives

The Presales Architecture Advisor plays a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. They guide customers in designing enterprise architectures that are ready for the Autonomous Enterprise, supporting them from establishing strong data foundations to progressively adopting business AI agents and deploying high-value AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

As a Presales Architecture Advisor within the Presales organization, you will play a key role in supporting strategic migration and business transformation initiatives for our customers. You will help position SAP as the trusted partner for Cloud, Data, and AI transformation by enabling customers to unlock the full value of their enterprise data while adopting AI-ready architectures and Autonomous Business Processes.

Working closely with SAP Sales, Services, and our partner ecosystem, you will contribute to account strategies with a strong focus on Data and AI. You will advise both customers and internal teams on solution architecture, enterprise architecture, data strategy, and artificial intelligence, while assessing the technical feasibility of customer requirements as part of their journey toward the Autonomous Enterprise.

As a trusted advisor, you will bridge customers' business strategies with SAP's intelligent solutions by designing target architectures that are cloud-native, data-centric, and AI-ready. You will also help define enterprise-wide transformation roadmaps that accelerate the adoption of SAP's Cloud, Data, and AI capabilities.

In addition, you are expected to leverage AI in your day-to-day activities, demonstrating increased productivity, agility, and thought leadership through the effective use of AI-powered tools and methodologies.

What You Bring

  • More than 5 years of experience in the software or IT industry as an IT Architecture Advisor, Enterprise Architect, or in Cloud-focused roles such as Product Management, Presales, Customer Adoption/Consumption, or Consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Strong experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, and/or SAP solution implementation.
  • Deep understanding of cloud delivery models, hosted services, and SaaS/PaaS technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio; experience with SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Datasphere is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including multi-agent architectures, autonomous agent orchestration, or hands-on experience with intelligent business process automation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively leverage AI in daily work to improve productivity and agility.
  • Fluency in both French and English; additional languages are considered an asset.
