Join us as an Engineering Manager leading backend and full‑stack teams that power the SAP Concur platform, working in a hybrid model in São Leopoldo, Brazil. In this technical leadership role, you’ll guide engineers, shape architecture decisions, and strengthen the services that support millions of users worldwide.

What you bring

  • Leadership experience guiding backend or full‑stack engineering teams toward impactful delivery.
  • Strong cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a deep understanding of cloud‑native architectures.
  • Solid grounding in observability and SRE practices to improve reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Strong stakeholder alignment skills, turning business needs into clear technical direction.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and grow engineers, fostering a high‑trust and high‑performance environment.
  • Strength in problem solving, decision‑making, and tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management and Agile methodologies to ensure predictable, steady delivery.
