What you will build
As an Associate Developer, you will start your career by diving into the SAP CX Commerce Cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with senior mentors to build storefront features and assist in integrating AI capabilities, all while learning strict security protocols for government-grade software.

Responsibilities:

• Development: Write clean, maintainable code for storefront features and extensibility modules under the guidance of senior engineers.
• AI Integration: Assist in implementing basic AI/LLM integrations (e.g., ChatGPT APIs) into commerce flows.
• AI-Assisted Coding: Actively utilize AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate learning and development tasks.
• Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to FedRAMP and security compliance checklists in day-to-day coding.

What you bring

• Tech Stack: Basic proficiency in Frontend (Angular or React) AND Backend (Java, Golang, or NodeJS).
• AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted programming tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong desire to learn, good written/verbal communication, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
