About the Team

We’re the AI Incubation team, a global group that thrives on a mix of on-site collaboration and virtual teamwork. To accelerate our mission, we are looking for a seasoned and pragmatic Senior Developer to significantly increase our engineering horsepower and deliver a continuous stream of AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

As a Developer, you will be a core engine of our technical delivery. Your primary mission is to write excellent code and build robust, incremental AI solutions. You will be a hands-on practitioner, responsible for turning our team's innovative designs and research into functional, high-quality software at a rapid pace.

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Focus on hands-on development to build, test, and refine high-impact AI prototypes, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal systems.
• Write Exceptional Code: Consistently deliver clean, efficient, and scalable code, primarily in Python, that serves as a benchmark for quality on the team.
• Deliver End-to-End Functionality: Take well-defined features and requirements and implement them from the data pipeline through to the backend service, ensuring a fully functional result.
• Rapidly Iterate and Deliver: Work in fast-paced sprints to build and release incremental improvements and features, transforming research findings into tangible application updates.
• Collaborate on Technical Solutions: Work closely with architects and researchers to understand requirements and provide expert input on implementation details, ensuring our solutions are robust and well-crafted.
• Contribute to Code Quality: Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and embracing opportunities to improve the team's collective codebase.
• Deploy and Maintain Applications: Utilize your expertise in cloud platforms and containerization to deploy, monitor, and maintain our applications and experiments.

Who You Are

We are looking for a hands-on, pragmatic, and experienced developer who is passionate about building with AI. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives on writing code and seeing it come to life in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

• An Experienced Coder: You have significant professional experience in software development, with proven expertise in Python and its ecosystem.
• A Hands-on AI Practitioner: You have demonstrable experience building and working with Machine Learning models and systems. Direct experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a major plus.
• A Cloud Native: You possess strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and are proficient with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• A Pragmatic Builder: You are a ‘doer’ at heart. You thrive on turning complex requirements into simple, elegant, and working code. You have a strong "get it done" attitude.
• A Collaborative Teammate: You have excellent communication skills in English and are a strong individual contributor who also excels in a team environment. You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping the team succeed through your work.
• Pragmatic and Adaptable: You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate a rapidly evolving technology landscape, making smart implementation decisions to move projects forward.
