What you’ll do:
Position title: Design Office Nordic and Baltic student
Location: Oslo, Norway
Expected start date 15 August - 30 Sept, 2026
In this role, you’ll:
Learn to convey customer requirements and how to propose relevant visual design solutions to business messages.
Further, develop your design skills and experience and challenge yourself.
Learn how to leverage your creative skills and talents in a business-driven environment.
Tasks and Expectations
- Produce marketing and communication materials across digital and presentation formats
- Translate ideas and concepts into visual narratives — from early sketches to polished engagement experiences
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation and Solution Advisory teams across the Nordic market
- Work within SAP's brand framework while adapting to the visual identities of different customers
- Contribute to live projects already in motion — iterating, refining, and delivering
- You’ll be part of the local student community, helping to support SAP Next-Gen events. This provides an excellent opportunity to expand your network and connect with talented peers from a variety of disciplines.

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
We are looking for the following profile:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Solid working knowledge of PowerPoint — you know it's a design tool, not just a slideshow builder
- Familiarity with Figma and user-centered design thinking
- Interest in AI-assisted design workflows — tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or AI-first presentation platforms are a plus; genuine curiosity counts for more than mastery
Personal skills:
- Currently in your 2nd year of a bachelor's in design, communication, or a related field
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication
- Curious about how AI is reshaping visual production — and motivated to experiment with it in a professional setting
- A team player who takes feedback well and improves from it
- Organized enough to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without losing the creative thread
