What you'll build
- Ensure the operational excellence of the executive recruiting service delivery by:
- Creating and publishing executive job postings on our internal & external SAP career portal
- Keeping open roles up to date in SuccessFactors & other SAP tools
- Scheduling executive level interviews, being the primary liaison for Hiring Managers, Executive Recruiters and Candidates
- Collaborating with (Organizational) Data Management during the hiring process and deal with various enquires related to recruiting process
- Ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and executive stakeholders
- Preparing monthly, bi-weekly and ad-hoc reports on recruitment KPIs
- Supporting in building talent pools for confidential, current and future engagements
- Preparing presentations for stakeholders and Candidate Calibration documents through leveraging MS office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Identifying & communicating continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
- Triggering the executive onboarding process of new executive hires
- Participate in global project work related to executive hiring and delivering an exemplary candidate experience for our executives
- Deliver on local requirements during the recruitment process by collaborating with the german works council or consider other relevant local procedures required in the country of hire
- Support recruiters with (external) executive searches on LinkedIn by sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the business as well as build talent pools for current and future engagement.
What you bring
In this paid, 12 month role we’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- University degree in a related field of studies e.g. Human resources, business administration, etc.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the areas of (recruiting) operations, project management or recruitment
- Experience working with senior and executive stakeholders and handling confidential topics (nice-to-have).
- Fluent in English is mandatory, German language skills would be a nice-to-have
- Strong focus on results and high level of service orientation and (internal) customer-focus
- Ability to work on own initiative as part of a virtual international team
- Capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance
- Detail-oriented and analytical; process oriented; organized, and able to manage different initiatives simultaneously
- Inquisitive and not afraid to ask questions
- Strong communication style with senior leadership
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Profound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, including calendar and meeting management

The Executive Talent Discovery team is responsible for recruiting the best talent for openings at SAP at Vice President levels and above across every board area in Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team for 12 months to support the Executive Recruiters in the region.
The coordinator will build strong business relationships together with the Executive Recruiter through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to the business. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities.
