In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing features that enable customers with a Private Cloud Edition (PCE) Packaged subscription contract to be successfully onboarded and supported through the customer lifecycle management process. You will ensure that the Cloud Lifecycle Automation (CLA) toolchain aligns with current and future business initiatives and evolves with new technological trends.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding the Private Cloud Offering, including the PCE Packaged subscription model and apply them to the tool chain of Cloud Lifecycle Automation (CLA)
- Translating commercialization changes from Service and Portfolio Owners into clear, detailed features.
- Developing a strong understanding of the Cloud Lifecycle Automation (CLA) applications within the toolchain and tailoring them for PCE Packaged Onboarding.
- Applying knowledge of Gurobi or linear programming techniques to solve business problems in PCE Packaged subscription deals.
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating activities within the PCE Packaged stream to ensure smooth execution.
- Responsible for the quality of the product developments / releases
- Partnering with the Product Manager and Process Manager to align on goals, scope, and priorities.
- Acting as the primary counterpart to IT stakeholders to support effective coordination across teams.
- Overseeing and planning release activities and ensuring milestone adherence.
- Monitoring Jira items, maintaining them for the horizontal stream, and preparing detailed progress reports.
- Organizing and facilitating workshops, concept sessions, and related stream events.
- Ensuring timely communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
- Tracking project progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Coordinating stakeholder communication and following up on required action items.
- Identifying potential risks, notifying Cloud Lifecycle Automation (CLA) Program Management, and recommending mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Ensuring deliverables meet defined quality standards and are delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- Maintaining clear, timely communication across all levels to foster engagement and transparency.
This position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage project activities and ensure successful project completion.
What you bring :
- 5+ years of experience in project management roles.
- Understanding of Agile project management and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong familiarity with Jira and other project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master Certification, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
- Experience in IT project management.
- Prior experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with horizontal stream management in a corporate setting.

Compensation Range Transparency
SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 239700 - 359500(PLN) [EUR]. The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount, with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
