The Role

As a Full-Stack Developer in our team, you will work on cloud-native applications built with SAP technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with SAP BTP services.

About the Team

You’ll be joining a team that develops and enhances a mission-critical SAP BTP service. The Audit Log Service safeguards security and compliance, helping SAP and our customers meet product and industry standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Build intuitive user interfaces following SAP’s design principles with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Implement backend services using Java.
  • Shape and manage cloud infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools.
  • Learn and adopt new technologies, driving innovation within the team.
  • Contribute your expertise and ideas to shape the best solutions.
  • Gain knowledge of global compliance and regulatory standards relevant to cloud and software technologies.
  • Collaborate with highly skilled engineers, learning and growing together.
  • Play an active role in product development at SAP, building and deploying the next generation of SAP products.

What You’ll Bring

  • Passion for software development and continuous learning.
  • Solid experience in software development, with a focus on Java and JavaScript/TypeScript (or similar stack with a willingness to learn).
  • Experience designing and working with modern web APIs and data serialization formats (e.g., RESTful APIs, OData).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • (Nice to have) Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform.
  • (Nice to have) Knowledge of SAPUI5 and CAP.
  • (Nice to have) Understanding of global compliance and regulatory standards relevant to cloud and software technologies (e.g., GDPR, GxP, Data Privacy, CCSL, ISO).
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
