We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join CLM System Services team in Sofia.

WHO ARE WE?

CLM System Services team, part of CLM SL organization, is focused on system provisioning of test and development system per requests from development teams installed with different SAP Products out of CLM Cloud virtual environment (GCP). All operations related to VM provisioning, configuration and maintenance are also responsibility of the CLM System Services team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Install NetWeaver and Business Suite systems using the official installation tool in SAP (SWPM).
Updating and upgrading NetWeaver, Business Suite and HANA systems on demand.
Update MSSQL, Oracle, HANA, MaxDB databases
Provision, configure and maintain of VMs out of Google Cloud Platform.
Provision, configure and maintain systems at RISE with SAP (SAP private cloud).
Actively work on mini projects and backlog items targeted towards virtual infrastructure improvements.
Evaluate and assess different IaaS-es like AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Azure.
Implementing new automation procedures with existing tooling (S.O.S., TESI, Windows Power Shell, Linux bash shell)

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Windows Power Shell and Linux shells
Troubleshooting skills are essential
Good written and spoken English
Very good communication skills
Proactive and open-minded team player

The following will be considered an advantage:

Knowledge in SAP products
Knowledge in SL tools (SWPM, SUM, hdblcm, …)
Knowledge in Service Provider Cockpit (SPC), DED, TIC, …
