Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

About the Team

SAP's Corporate Segment is one of SAP's most dynamic and fastest-growing businesses, focused on start-ups, mid-market and strategic customers globally. Our Global Team, led by Santina Franchi (Global President, SAP Corporate), drives strategy, GTM transformation and operational excellence across regional teams worldwide.

We are in the midst of a significant transformation, shifting to an indirect-by-default go-to-market model powered by AI, cloud and a high-velocity partner ecosystem. This is a team that thinks big, moves fast, and builds for scale.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a curious, energetic, and ambitious #NextGen professional to join our Global Team to drive Business AI @ SAP for the Corporate Segment.

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of two of SAP's most critical priorities: AI adoption and go-to-market transformation.

You will work directly with the Chief of Staff to drive productivity initiatives across Santina Franchi's direct reports, helping the team work smarter, move faster, and deliver more impact, as well as further automate critical processes in the Go-to-Market motion. This role is equal parts hands-on executor and forward-thinking change agent.

Key Responsibilities

AI Tool Adoption & Enablement

  • Champion the adoption of AI tools (e.g. Joule, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging GenAI platforms) across the Corporate Global Team

  • Identify productivity gaps and design practical AI-powered workflows to address them

  • Create enablement materials, playbooks, and training sessions to accelerate AI fluency

  • Track adoption metrics and surface insights to leadership on AI tool usage and ROI

GTM Productivity & Operations

  • Support the Chief of Staff in driving cross-functional projects that improve GTM efficiency and execution speed

  • Assist in the preparation of executive briefings, strategy documents, and leadership communications

  • Help coordinate key team rhythms: QBRs, leadership offsites, pipeline reviews, and action tracking

  • Contribute to GTM transformation initiatives, including indirect-by-default and partner-led sales motions

Research, Insights & Storytelling

  • Conduct research on AI trends, GTM best practices, and competitive landscape to inform team strategy

  • Turn data and insights into compelling narratives for internal and external audiences

  • Support content creation for leadership communications, LinkedIn thought leadership, and partner-facing materials

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Genuine passion for AI and its potential to transform how businesses operate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can simplify the complex and tell a clear story

  • A bias for action: you take initiative, follow through, and don't wait to be told what to do

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI, or similar)

  • Exposure to sales, GTM, or consulting - internships count

  • Experience working with or alongside partner/channel ecosystems

  • Fluency in additional languages (our team operates globally)

What You'll Gain

This is not a typical Next Gen role. You will:

  • Have direct exposure to SAP's most senior global leaders and strategic decision-making

  • Work on live, high-impact projects - not simulations or shadow programs

  • Build deep expertise in AI-driven productivity and enterprise GTM transformation

  • Be part of a team that is actively shaping the future of how SAP goes to market

  • Develop a personal brand and professional network that spans regions and functions

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and a short cover note (max. 300 words) explaining why this role excites you and one example of how you have used AI to solve a real problem or improve your own productivity.
