SUMMARY

As the management consultancy of SAP, we support customers in identifying value creation potential in the planning of strategic business and IT projects. Digitalization and Innovation is at the core of most CIOs, and we are looking for a Management Consultant (f/m/d) to develop and align our customers IT Strategy based on their Business Priorities. The Organizational Change Management Team (OCM), which is a cross function, is primarily focusing on:

  • Planning, conceiving, and implementing strategic and operational change management by driving communication, enablement, and stakeholder management
  • Facilitation of organizational change in complex SAP IT and Business Transformations for global corporations
  • Focusing on the people side of SAP Transformation and Innovation Programs to support customer success

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

  • Prepare and support the delivery of customer workshops
  • Support the planning and delivery of Organizational Change Management services, covering e.g. stakeholder analysis, business and change impact assessments, communication
  • Support proposal creation
  • Participate around knowledge management and transfer in the wider SAP services organization
  • Join the co-development of tools and methodologies around all aspects of Organizational Change Management

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree (preferably in Business, IT or Organizational Psychology)
  • First experience and understanding on Change Management and Business Transformation
  • High level understanding on IT Trends
  • Paying attention to detail
  • Self-starter attitude, inspiring and motivating when working with SAP teams and customers
  • Problem-solving abilities & out-of-the box thinking
  • Empathy and growth mindset
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in German and English
