Job Description
What you'll bring
Bring your curiosity about enterprise technology and your hands-on development experience — whether from academic projects, internships, or personal work. You know your way around at least one back-end language (ABAP, Python, Node.js, Java or similar), you're comfortable with SQL and REST APIs, and you're genuinely excited about where AI and autonomous systems are taking enterprise software. Portuguese and English fluency required — Spanish is a plus.
What you'll build
You'll be embedded in real customer engagements from day one — supporting senior architects on Clean Core assessments, ABAP code remediation, and RESTful API development that keeps S/4HANA landscapes upgrade-stable and AI-ready. You'll also experiment with and develop AI agents and skills using SAP AI Core, LLM frameworks and BTP AI services, contributing directly to Autonomous Enterprise use cases for SAP's most strategic LAC accounts. This is a hands-on, mentored role built to grow you into an enterprise architect and AI-native engineer.
Where you belong
At SAP GDH System Landscape Planning in São Leopoldo, you'll join a team that works at the intersection of enterprise architecture and emerging AI — on real, complex customer challenges across Latin America. We invest in your growth, pair you with senior architects on live engagements, and actively build a team that reflects the diversity of the region we serve. We welcome applications from all backgrounds — including those who don't check every box.
