Developing, executing, and communicating SAP’s AI strategy is a key pillar of this success.

In order to accelerate the realization of SAP’s AI capabilities, we are looking for an AI Strategy (Junior) Specialist to support the strategy team and senior AI leadership team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Assist the SAP Business AI Program Lead with ongoing initiatives and projects to support the attainment of annual targets and OKRs. (50%-time allocation)
    • Support assigned projects critical to success of Business AI at SAP
    • Effective engagement and communication with all workstream stakeholders and team members to ensure transparency and alignment.
    • Help create high quality content, such as production of presentations and input for SAP’s executive board
    • Maintaining the knowledge base of the Business AI Program and the content specific needs of the project(s), which includes all project documentation, meeting minutes, action items and follow-ups
    • Actively participate and provide new ideas and suggestions to the program to support the everchanging fast paced topic of AI
  • Support SAP’s Head of AI Strategy and Business AI Leadership Team to develop, articulate, and execute SAP’s AI strategy (50%-time allocation)
    • Help create high quality content, such as production of presentations and input for SAP’s executive board
    • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand business problems and provide advice
    • Provide analysis, research, and insight to drive strategic decision making
    • Prepare regular updates and reports for SAP leadership, and incorporate executive feedback and requests
    • Participate in meetings with customers and partners to capture actions and next steps
    • Synthesize market research from analysts, investors, academics, and thought leaders

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Firsthand market/ customer experience preferred · 1-2 years of exposure to enterprise software industry; SAP relevant experience, internal or external is a plus
  • Fluent English and German
  • Excellent knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, large language models, and generative AI
  • Knowledge and first experience in managing stakeholders and projects. Play a role in identifying issues and problem solving through to resolving and communications to stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct analyses and work with analytics tools and create clear and compelling lines of argument
  • Ability to deliver finished work in self-standing manner under tight timelines
  • Understanding of SAP’s customers and product portfolio
  • Advanced skills in business writing, visually representing complex ideas in PowerPoint, and workshop moderation
  • Ability to design, prepare and deliver high impact presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
