SUMMARY

We are looking for an accomplished AI Product Manager (AI Ops Expert) for Technical Excellence Center who is well versed in delivering consistent, high-quality results to join our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team. You will contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team.

THE ROLE

  • Identify and deliver relevant AI use cases for excellence centers teams to improve ways of working and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team to come up with AI features and automation requirements, work with stakeholders to understand AI framework and apply it to our requirements
  • Develop new metrics to enhance current processes and improve future ones.
  • Develop optimal practices and methodologies to facilitate efficient and comprehensive assessment of impact.
  • Promote SAP Business AI at internal and external events for customers and partners.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Effectively present to stakeholders remotely using virtual technologies and in person.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor degree's in Computer Science, Information technology or related. Years of experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
  • Background in machine learning/ deep learning/ large language model/ artificial intelligence project experience
  • Proven experience in product management in particular for AI-related capabilities, with understanding of AI/ML use cases
  • Experience with SAP business applications such as ERP or CRM with AIOps mindset.
  • Extensive knowledge of LLM’s offered by various hyperscalers.
  • Candidates with strong knowledge of SAP Business AI services including AI Core, AI Launchpad, and Joule is highly preferred.
  • Passion for understanding customer pain points and rallying an engineering team to solve these pains
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Exceptional collaborative teamwork abilities and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with engineers, stakeholders, executives, and customer

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 92,200 - 192,900 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
