Product Marketing Expert
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking product marketing leader to drive AI thought leadership, market insights, and content strategy for SAP Customer Experience (CX). This role will position SAP CX as an innovator in AI-driven customer engagement by shaping narratives, conducting deep market research, and creating compelling content that resonates with executives, analysts, and industry influencers.
In today’s market, organizations are prioritizing AI investments in customer experience to deliver real business outcomes. As the voice for SAP CX AI, you will translate SAP’s CX AI product vision and connect it to the broader SAP Business AI strategy, crafting forward-looking narratives and ideas that inspire customers and the market. You will lead the development of thought leadership programs, market trend analysis, and executive storytelling in across our Marketing moments that elevate SAP CX’s role in the era of AI and business transformation.
This role ensures the SAP CX AI narrative is seamlessly integrated into all CX solution assets and storytelling, so every pitch, campaign, and event reflects a unified message that connects AI innovation with SAP’s broader platform strategy—including SAP Business Suite, Business AI and Business Technology Platform—to amplify our story across all channels.
You will create high-impact content—whitepapers, blogs, analyst briefs, and executive presentations—that demonstrates SAP CX’s leadership in AI innovation and platform differentiation. Your work will influence industry perception, drive awareness, and empower GTM teams with research-backed insights and storytelling that inspire customers and partners.
Thought Leadership & Market Research
· Define SAP CX’s AI thought leadership agenda, identifying key themes and trends shaping the future of customer experience.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover insights that inform messaging, positioning, and content strategy.
· Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to deliver a high-impact AI CX thought leadership launch strategy and measurable results.
· Develop executive-level narratives and strategic content for analyst relations, media engagements, and keynote presentations.
· Partner with SAP Business AI teams to articulate joint narratives and integrated messaging.
· Track and report market trends, analyst rankings, press engagement, and AI adoption metrics, delivering quarterly insights to leadership.
Content Marketing & Storytelling
· Create high-value thought leadership assets (research reports, web content, whitepapers, blogs) that position SAP CX as an AI leader.
· Architect conversation presentations for the field and support keynote content for flagship events, showcasing SAP CX AI innovations.
· Collaborate with GTM and Campaign teams to translate research insights into compelling customer-facing content.
· Ensure consistency and clarity in all messaging across web, events, and campaigns.
· Maintain a centralized content toolkit for AI narratives, enabling scalable use across marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in product marketing, content strategy, or market research in enterprise software or SaaS.
· Proven success in developing thought leadership programs and executive-level content.
· Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in customer experience.
· Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.
· Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.
· Familiarity with SAP’s ecosystem and CX portfolio.
· Strong background in AI models, training, infrastructure and behavioural research

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 125900 - 214300(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
