Join us as an Expert Phython Developer/ AI Engineer in the Customer Engagement Tools (CET) organization.

We are looking for a highly skilled Expert Python Developer with strong experience in Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent systems. You will play a key role in building scalable backend services, integrating large language models (LLMs), and translating business use cases into production-ready AI solutions.

This role combines deep Python engineering expertise with hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks and GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect AI Systems: Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions, from data pipelines to model deployment, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Lead Model Development: Build, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, generative AI).

• Productionize AI: Develop robust MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD for models, monitoring, retraining, and versioning.

• Drive Technical Strategy: Define AI best practices, select appropriate tools/frameworks, and guide long-term AI architecture decisions.

• Mentor & Lead: Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and review code and system designs.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, data, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure Responsible AI: Implement ethical AI practices, including fairness, explainability, privacy, and security.

• Stay at the Cutting Edge: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and research into production systems.

What you bring

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise in AI/ML systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Proven experience deploying ML models in production environments at scale.

• Deep understanding of:

  • Machine learning algorithms and model evaluation

  • Distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Data engineering and large-scale data processing

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).

• Solid software engineering fundamentals: system design, testing, performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or multimodal systems.

• Background in real-time AI systems or high-throughput environments.

• Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.

• Familiarity with vector databases, RAG architectures, or AI agents.
